I'm a counsellor trained in Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT. I hold a diploma as a Life Coach and Menopause Wellness Coach, providing support in addressing the emotional and psychological challenges of menopause, exploring coping strategies, therapeutic techniques, and the imperatives of self-care.
I have a diploma in Hygge (pronounced hoo-gah), the pursuit of happiness from the Nordics which teaches you how to incorporate Hygge into your life to achieve daily pleasure, relaxation and comfort and create daily rituals for sustainable mindfulness and the eradication of negative thoughts.

I hold a degree in Behavioural Psychology.
Life has it's ups and downs and mine has been no different. Having journeyed through the ebbs and flows and the complexities of life, I've developed a fervent passion for coaching and counselling others.

My vision is to live in a world where Menopause, emotional and mental wellbeing is not seen as being weak or a taboo subject, but where people have the right to be supported by coaching and counselling and be available to all.
We lose too many good people in this world because they are afraid to discuss their issues and mental health.
This stigma needs to stop.

By fostering positive changes, I want to empower people to feel better about themselves and live more fulfilling lives. If I can contribute to everyday well-being and happiness through my coaching and counselling services, then I hope this will bring the significant impact that people need.
